PPL systems maintenance

Dear Customers,

We would like to remind you that on Sunday, October 24, 2026, from 03:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., unscheduled maintenance will be performed on the PPL systems:

During maintenance, myAPI and CPL API may exhibit signs of instability, so received data may not be processed properly.

There will be an application outage between 03:00 a.m. and 4:59 a.m.

As part of this weekend’s deployment of the new version of our systems (Release R2610 on October 24, 2026), we are extending the allowed length of address fields in CPL in accordance with new standards, improving the web interface for the IDCheck service, and implementing other optimizations and fixes.     

Below is an overview of all upcoming changes:

CPL  

• Enabling COD orders to Slovakia under the standard product    
• Optimization adjustments and fixes; performance improvements to the CPL API    
• Fix for the value 0 CZK in the offline order set   
• Increase in the number of characters in addresses according to new standards:   
  • street: 60 → 100 characters  
  • zipCode: 10 → 17 characters 
  • phone: 30 → 35 characters 
  • email: 50 → 70 characters    

WebApp / Klient.ppl.cz   

• Enabled COD shipments to Slovakia under the standard product   
• Fixed the returnURL for PDF documents, which are now available in various language versions   

Other 

• Website updates for the IDCheck service:   
  • Improved downloads   
  • Files/batches are named according to package numbers   
  • Shipment labeling   
  • Advanced filtering
