How do I pack a parcel properly?

So that your shipment can be accepted for transport and is not damaged in any way, take a look at the Properly packed shipment link, where you will find all the criteria. The goods must be packed in a cardboard box and sufficiently secured against damage. The minimum shipment dimensions are 15 x 11 x 1 cm.

Which shipments can I not send?

You will find which shipments cannot be sent through the PPL transport company in the General Terms and Conditions for the Delivery of PPL Shipments, in the Prohibited shipments article. If prohibited goods are sent, the shipment may unfortunately be excluded from transport, returned, or destroyed at the sender's expense. If sending the shipment causes further damage to the property of PPL or of third parties, these costs may be charged to the sender.

We also cannot accept for transport a parcel smaller than the minimum permitted dimensions of 15 x 11 x 1 cm.

How do I hand a Parcel for You shipment over for transport?

For a one-off shipment you can fill in the Parcel for You form or use the mojePPL mobile app and choose the Collection by driver option for a surcharge of CZK 60, or hand the shipment over at any PPL box or PPL shop. You will find a list of all PPL pickup points on the map.

How do I send a shipment abroad?

If you are sending a parcel as a one-off, use our Parcel for You service or the mojePPL mobile app. If you are a contract customer, you need to have export label series generated (through customer service), and then you can create a label and order a driver collection in your web application. Do not forget to fill in the list of international shipments for the consignment. When delivering to countries outside the EU, documents for customs clearance must also be enclosed. You will find which ones in the international parcel transport section.

How do I drop a shipment off at a pickup point?

Anyone can use a PPL shop or a PPL box to send a parcel, regardless of whether they have a forwarding contract with PPL. For a one-off shipment, use the Parcel for You service. If there is a return label for the PPL Parcel CZ Return service inside the shipment you received, follow the instructions inside the shipment. Always pack the shipment carefully and attach a label; an insufficiently packed shipment may be excluded from transport. Then bring it to a PPL pickup point.
