Can't reach you at home? We will deliver the package to your favourite PPL pick-up point

Did you get a notification that we're going to deliver a package and you know you won't be at home or at your chosen address at the time of delivery? No problem! You can now select your favourite pick-up point in the mojePPL app. Whether it's the stationery store down the street or the box around the corner, we'll deliver your parcel right there.

You can set up your favourite pick-up point in the mojePPL mobile app in the Moje údaje section or directly in the details of the pick-up point on the Pick-up Points Map.

💡 How does it work? 

1. First, set up your favourite pick-up point in the mojePPL app. 
2. When we deliver your parcel to an address where you know we won't be able to reach you within the announced timeframe, let us know - either from the parcel notification or by using the button directly in the parcel detail. 
3. We'll then deliver your parcel straight away at your favourite pick-up point, which you have set up in the mojePPL app.

🕐 Save time for yourself and our drivers 

Did you know that PPL couriers handle hundreds of packages in a single day and can handle 200 stops? At that rate, every minute saved is priceless. If you let us know that we can't reach you at your chosen address at the announced time, you'll save our couriers time and you'll have your parcel delivered where you want it. Thank you for helping us deliver more efficiently. 

 

💚 Which pick-up point should you choose? 

Your preferred pick-up point - whether it's a PPL Parcelshop or a PPL box - must be close to the original address where the driver was supposed to deliver your parcel. It's easy to get to the next street or a few kilometres further away.  Unfortunately, it is not in our power to be able to deliver your parcel on the same day to a town on the other side of the country.
