New Return Policies: What Online Stores Need to Prepare For
Starting January 1, 2027, the process by which customers cancel contracts concluded online will change. Online stores won’t “just” have to add a new button to their websites. The change will affect customer accounts, transaction emails, terms and conditions, and internal return processing. What should you keep an eye on, and how can you prepare?
