The whole parcel route is in the palm of your hand

The application mojePPL allows you to track delivered and posted parcels, navigate to the nearest dispensing or drop-off point or send parcels without having to print a label. And soon you will be able to measure a shipment with your mobile phone camera.

"Digitalization is constantly moving forward at PPL, and I am extremely pleased that after long preparations we have managed to take another great leap forward, namely the launch of the modern and efficient mobile application mojePPL, which is designed for consumers," says Milan Loidl, Director of Marketing and Business Development at PPL CZ. "Our mission is to deliver quality, and we believe that the app is a significant step towards customer satisfaction and ease of access to our services," he adds. Customers can thus find the entire parcel route clearly in one place without the need to track SMS and emails, including information for posting or receipt of parcels. 

The application was developed by eMan and its design follows the new visual direction that PPL CZ is taking for the future. "We are pleased to be working with eMan on myPPL. Together with our team, they have created a representative app and will continue to develop new features and other customer conveniences," adds Loidl. The clear application has very intuitive controls, registration and login is based on the entered e-mail address. The app is free to download for mobile phone users with operating systems Android  and iOS. 

After logging into the app, all current incoming and outgoing shipments are automatically paired. In real time and with just a few taps, you can find out where your parcel is, check the shipping price, check the opening hours of the dispensing point or view the PIN for collection. In addition, you can use the app to return the parcel, change the place or time of delivery, i.e., for example, redirect it from your home or work address to one of the PPL Parcelshops or PPL Parcelboxes. Moreover, thanks to notifications, users are always up-to-date on the movement of all their shipments.  

Parcel for you 

The mojePPL app is also a big relief for customers using the service Parcel for you for parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg, posted by private individuals. They can easily view all dispensing points and find the nearest and most convenient one right in the app. Now it is no longer necessary to print the label, the necessary data can be entered directly in the application. Then just take the parcel to the nearest PPL Parcelshop or PPL Parcelbox, or simply call the driver who will pick it up at the designated address. 

Payment for the shipment can be made by credit card directly in the mobile app, while COD deliveries can be paid in cash or by card at the dispensing point or with the driver. 

In addition, in the app customers can save their favourite contacts to whom they frequently send parcels. In the coming weeks, it will be possible to measure the shipment using the camera on the phone, so customers will not have to worry about measuring and choosing the size and price of the shipment.
