Until now, our customers could only send shipments with a printed label, which had to be printed and properly glued onto the prepared shipment upon completion.

At PPL, digitalization and innovation are taking a new direction and are our benchmark for the future. That is why we have prepared a new way of sending a parcel without the need to print a label. Customers will now only receive a QR code and a 6-digit SmartPIN, which they can show at the PPL Parcel Shop, scan at Parcelbox or show to the driver when picking up the parcel. 

We have retained the classic method of parcel delivery so that our customers can get a feel for the new method of delivery.

Not only will shipping without a label simplify the process for customers, but we've also kept our planet in mind during development. By no longer having to print a label, customers save hundreds of tons of paper and the waste it creates.
