Its main aim is to raise awareness that PPL delivers to a wide network of 4,000 PPL Parcelshops and PPL Parcelboxes in addition to addresses. Pick-up points has been seen to be an option that gives people freedom and does not interfere with their lives. "There's a face from PPL behind every delivery, even if they're not standing right outside your door. The campaign guarantees a personal approach and quality even if you do not receive the parcel directly from the driver's hands," says Milan Loidl, Vice President Business Development & Marketing at PPL CZ, adding that the quality of delivery is based on the fact that you will find your parcel in the right place on time, and you will not even be able to tell how many hands it has passed through.

You have already seen the campaign on outdoor advertising at train stations, in the subway, while listening to the radio, as well as on social media and online. The creative concept and campaign visuals were created by Symbio. "The central motif of the campaign is the text messages that PPL drivers send when delivering parcels. These are the basis for building a relationship between the customer and the delivery service," says Roman Číhalík, Creative Director of Symbio. He adds that the individual visuals inform about the advantage of picking up a parcel from the dispending points when it is really convenient for customers, because they do not necessarily have to be at home to receive the parcel, as opposed to delivery to an address.

"From the customer's point of view, another advantage of delivery to a pick-up point is lower costs, and in the case of delivery to PPL Parcelboxes, another great advantage is their continuous operation," Milan Loidl further evaluates that, with regard to the environment, delivering multiple parcels to a PPL Parcelshop or PPL Parcelbox is also more environmentally friendly, as it reduces not only the number of kilometres travelled but also CO2 emissions. This is another essential element of PPL's strategy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

In continued cooperation with Symbio, the campaign is now being followed up by the promotion of the new mobile app mojePPL, which the company recently launched. Thanks to the app, customers have all information about their shipments at their fingertips at all times. It allows them to track their deliveries and submitted consignments, navigate to the nearest pick-up or drop-off point, or send packages without having to print a label.
