Update of the PPL General Terms and Conditions

What is being added to the General Terms and Conditions? 
First of all, in order to be able to better cater to your needs, we are preparing an extension of our network of collection and dispatch points with collection boxes - PPL Parcelboxes. This new form of delivery is closer specified in the enclosed documentation. You will soon be able to learn more about this delivery method. 

We place great emphasis on a correct data exchange, which is why we have created a new document, describing how to correctly send data for pooled COD shipments. This supplementation is described in closer detail in the Product Terms document. 

We have changed the deadlines in cases where we register overdue receivables. From the original 7 days we will now regard payments as overdue if they are more than 5 days past their maturity. The shipping service may be interrupted if we register receivables which are more than 15 days overdue. The original period of maturity had been 30 days.    

Furthermore, we closer specify certain terms in the documents, such as delivery address, communication, weapons and their imitations, providing also greater details on certain provisions by reference to the corresponding paragraph in the document.
