Special collection of parcels on 17 November 2020

As compared to the rest of the year, the number of parcels sent in the run-up to Christmas almost doubles. This is why we would like to offer you the option of taking advantage of special collection of your parcels, even during the public holiday on Tuesday, 17 November 2020. This will help us to spread out load caused by the pre-Christmas rush and maintain the quality which you and your customers always expect from us.
 
Please consider whether you would like to use this public holiday collection on Tuesday, 17 November 2020. Parcels collected on the public holiday will then be passed on for delivery the very next day.
If you do decide to take advantage of this offer, please place your collection order for the date of the public holiday – 17 November 2020 – via the Customer Zone on the PPL website or the web application (https://klient.ppl.cz) by Friday, 13 November 2020.
