What changes have we prepared for you?

  • We have simplified the printing.

Printing now takes place in three steps: creating, processing and generating labels. After creating the shipments and during printing, the data is sent directly to PPL.

  • A new and friendlier appearance of the application.

  • The menu has been downsized.

However, we have kept important and frequently used links: “Customer” – for working with the recipient directory and “Shipment” - for an overview and creation of shipments.

  • We have canceled the "End of day" menu.

You will find the buttons from this menu on the main screen and in the list of shipments.

  • You can use the address autocomplete function (now only cities and zip codes) to create shipments.

  • New “Cancel” function. It will notify us that the shipment for which you have sent data will not be sent.

  • The handover protocol has been reduced to a version for the parcel platform and for the pallet platform. If the shipment is additionally insured, the additional insurance protocol is part of the handover protocol.

  • Shipments can only be deleted if they are not printed.

  • After re-printing, the new shipment has the same number, so it is absolutely necessary to destroy the original label!

  • Reprinting of labels will only be allowed for shipments that are not canceled or have not yet been weighed (i.e., physically handed over to PPL).

These new features will be available in the web application from 29 March 2020.
Detailed instructions for the web application can be found here.
We believe that these new modifications will make your work much easier and more pleasant.
