Please state the words Customs Documents in the subject of your e-mail and the number of the parcel which the documents (invoice and export instructions) attached in PDF format pertain to in the main body of the e-mail. Documents must be sent electronically before handing over parcels for forwarding. If you fail to do so, their delivery will be delayed.
