Change of product portfolio from 2 January 2020

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about changes to the product portfolio that will take effect on 2 January 2020. Specifically, the document Product Terms and Conditions Article 7. Business Pallet and Article 8. Private Pallet will be modified.

The reason for this change is organizational changes within the DP DHL group which include the sale of a domestic pallet product by PPL CZ to DHL Freight CZ s.r.o., as specified below, and thus discontinuation of the provision of related pallet transport products by PPL CZ.

With respect to the above change, please pay attention to this important announcement: PPL CZ s.r.o., Identification No. (IČO) 251 94 798, having its registered office in K Borovému 99, Jažlovice, 251 01 Říčany, registered in the Companies Register maintained by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, section C, entry No. 105858, as the transferor, and DHL Freight CZ s.r.o., Identification No. (IČO) 085 66 330, having its registered office in Nádražní 2967/93, 702 00 Ostrava, registered in the Companies Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, entry No. 79969, as the transferee, entered into an Agreement on the Sale of a Part of the Enterprise, namely division of pallet transport referred to as "Pallet Network", “PPL Sprint”, “Sprint”, which shall take effect on 1 January 2020.

As of this date, part of the assets of PPL CZ s.r.o. and the related portfolio will be transferred to DHL Freight CZ s.r.o., including taking over all activities of the pallet transport division.

The pallet transport service will be provided by DHL Freight CZ s.r.o. which will carry out all related activities from 1 January 2020, and PPL CZ s.r.o. will only provide parcel transport services.

Please note that your current method of ordering shipments through the applications of PPL CZ remains the same for the time being. You will be informed and instructed in time about the gradual switching to the applications of DHL Freight, during the 1st quarter of 2020.
