Delivery of parcels to Great Britain - Brexit

Update:

Transportation of parcels to Great Britain has been renewed.  
On the basis of the agreement which was entered into by Great Britain and the European Union at the end of last year, a customs declaration is required for all parcels sent from the European Union to Great Britain. Make sure you have all the necessary documents.
Although the trade and cooperation agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom refers to “zero customs duty”, this does not replace the need for a customs declaration. The trade and cooperation agreement which was entered into relates only to customs duty, which is not applied in the majority of cases, but goods must meet certain essential conditions. We have already informed about this fact and the necessary conditions by mass mail. For additional information please contact our sales team.

Please be informed that due to the fears about the spreading of the latest variant of corona virus, all inbound flows (Eurotunnel & ferries) were stopped, so there is now way to get parcels into GB.  Therefore with immediate effect service to GB is fully terminated. Also already sent parcels are being returned. We are still monitoring the situation.

Dear Customers

As a result of Brexit, a temporary restriction of parcel deliveries to Great Britain will occur. The last intra-community overland parcel from the Czech Republic to the UK will be accepted for forwarding no later than 22 December 2020. Collection of parcels will be renewed according to the current development of the situation no earlier than 4 January 2021.

Transportation of goods which are subject to veterinary and phytosanitary inspections from EU member states to the UK and vice versa will be suspended until further notice starting on 1 January 2021.

The main reason for this is the inspections which will now be required in order to check compliance with the legislation governing feedstuffs and animal by-products.
