Do I need a contract to send abroad?
No. You create the shipment online through the website or the mojePPL app, pay by card and drop it off. A contract is only needed for services aimed at regular senders, such as Parcel Connect.
Do I have to print a label?
You do not have to. Label-less sending means that a QR code is enough and the staff at the pickup point scan it. So you do not need a printer.
What is the liability for a shipment?
CZK 5,000. For more valuable shipments abroad, the contract-based Parcel Connect is more suitable, with basic liability of CZK 100,000 and the option to increase it up to CZK 250,000.
Can I send a shipment with cash on delivery?
We do not offer cash on delivery for this service. Cash on delivery abroad is available only to contract customers.
Which countries can I send to?
To 23 European destinations in the DHL network. The order form on the website or in the app will show you the availability of a particular country and an indicative price.
