You create a shipment or a multicolli set

PPL collects the shipment
The shipment travels through the European DHL eCommerce logistics network.
We deliver to the business address
The local partner delivers the shipment during working hours straight to the recipient's company.

Extend the basic service with the ones you need. They are activated when the label is generated.
Increased liability
Cover beyond the basic liability of CZK 100,000, with an increase up to CZK 250,000 for valuable or fragile shipments.
Change of address during transport
The sender or the recipient can ask for the delivery address to be changed during transport.

What is a multicolli shipment and when does it pay off?
Several parcels for one recipient at one address combined into a single set. It pays off when regularly supplying branches and business partners.
How does it differ from Parcel Connect?
Parcel Connect is a B2C service aimed at private addresses, and when the recipient is not in, it can redirect the shipment to a pickup point. Connect Plus is aimed exclusively at business addresses, does not redirect to pickup points and repeats the delivery attempt instead.
Is cash on delivery available with Connect Plus?
Cash on delivery is not supported for B2B international shipments.
What if I am sending outside the European Union?
Customs clearance is required when sending shipments outside the EU (to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland). We will be happy to help you arrange it.
What documents do we need from you so that we can handle customs clearance on your behalf? If you are starting to send shipments outside the EU, you need to have an EORI number assigned.
Before the first shipment is sent, we will together sign a Power of Attorney for direct as well as indirect representation in customs proceedings, plus additional information.
Documents required for customs clearance:
• The detailed contents of the shipment is a document in txt format containing a brief description, the HS code, the quantity, the unit (piece, litre…), the value, the weight and the country of origin of the goods. A more detailed description of how to fill in the document describing the goods can be found here. A sample document with a detailed description of the goods can be found here.
• An invoice for the goods in PDF format (document name e.g. 22005509666_faktura).
• Export instructions in PDF format (document name e.g. 22005509666_dispozice) can be found here: export instructions
On the invoice, please do not forget to add the declaration of origin of the goods. Without this declaration, exemption from customs duty cannot be claimed.

The exporter of the products covered by this document* declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of ... preferential origin.

*For shipments from the EU to the United Kingdom, the exporter reference number (your REX number) is required only if the value of the shipment exceeds EUR 6,000
The documents must be sent electronically to b2b@ppl.cz before the shipments are handed over for transport.
