If you ordered your parcel with cash on delivery, you can pay our driver in cash or by payment card. Or online through the mojePPL mobile app. Simply whichever suits you better.
🚷➜🆗 What if you are not at home?
As soon as you receive a message from us that your parcel is on its way and you know you won't be at the address, there is no need to worry. The delivery notification includes a button you can use to let us know that you won't be there. We will then deliver the shipment to the nearest suitable pickup point.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, just let us know and we will leave your shipment there for you.

How does it work?
1. You order online
You have the goods sent to your address: either where you live, or where you work.
2. You receive a delivery notification from us
On the day of delivery we will send you an SMS (and soon an e-mail too) with a two-hour time window. So you know exactly when we will arrive and can plan your day efficiently.
3. We will get in touch shortly before delivery
The courier will call you, or ring the doorbell to say they will be with you in a moment. And that is all!
