Two simple scenarios: collecting an ordered shipment and dropping off a parcel to be sent.
From the order in the e-shop to collection from the compartment.
The customer chooses delivery to a PPL box in the e-shop.
The PPL driver stores the shipment in the box, usually the next working day.
The recipient receives a notification in the mojePPL app and an e-mail/SMS with a PIN code.
They enter the PIN to collect the parcel; cash on delivery is paid at the terminal or in the mojePPL app.
Sending a shipment straight from a PPL box, with no visit to a branch.
The sender generates a QR code with a Smart PIN or prints a label.
They put the labelled parcel into the open compartment and close it.
PPL receives an automatic notification about the stored shipment.
The driver collects the parcel to the depot and delivers it to the addressee.

The standard box is 4,160 × 2,100 × 646 mm, weighs 824 kg and takes shipments up to 600 kg. It is anchored to a concrete foundation slab at least 200 mm deep. Other sizes are also available. Our specialists will help you choose the best option.
A free area of about 5 m² (load capacity 500 kg/m², clear height above the box at least 280 cm), a 230 V / 50 Hz / 16 A power supply and 4G mobile coverage.
From enquiry to the box going live usually takes about a month. We handle the dealings with the building authority and the technical preparation.
We set the rent individually after consulting a sales representative, according to the location and the specific conditions of the site.
