How does Smart to Box differ from ordinary Parcel Smart?
Smart to Box goes exclusively to self-service PPL boxes, whereas Parcel Smart also delivers to staffed PPL shops. A narrower network means a lower price, but also smaller permitted dimensions: 50 × 40 × 38 cm and 10 kg instead of 120 × 60 × 60 cm and 31.5 kg.
What is the cash-on-delivery limit?
CZK 20,000 per shipment. The recipient can pay by card and we transfer the amount collected to the sender within 2 working days of handover.
What happens if the shipment does not fit into any compartment?
The box will not accept a shipment that exceeds the compartment dimensions. For larger parcels choose Parcel Smart with delivery to a PPL shop, or Parcel CZ Private with delivery to an address.
How does the customer collect the shipment?
With the SmartPIN they receive in an SMS and also find in the mojePPL app. The box is available around the clock and the collection period is 3 calendar days from storage.
