The sender prepares the shipment
The sender prepares a shipment intended for a company and creates it in klient.ppl.cz or through the API.
The courier collects and delivers the shipment
The courier picks the shipment up during the collection round and delivers it to the recipient's business address.
The company takes it over and confirms
The service includes electronic proof of delivery (POD) and the option of cash on delivery.

What is an electronic POD and what is it for?
Proof of Delivery is an electronic confirmation that a shipment has been taken over. In it the sender sees immediately who took the shipment over at the business partner and when, so they do not have to wait for a paper document or call support.
How does Business differ from Parcel CZ Private?
Business delivers to business addresses during working hours and carries electronic proof of delivery. Private is aimed at private addresses and gives the recipient wider options to change the delivery arrangements, including redirection to a pickup point.
What is the basic liability for a shipment?
CZK 50,000 included in the price of the service. The Increased liability additional service can raise the cover up to CZK 500,000 for valuable or fragile shipments.
Can cash on delivery be used for a B2B shipment?
After the Shipment has been Delivered, the cash-on-delivery amount is a receivable of the Sender towards PPL, and PPL will remit it no later than 7 working days after Delivery of the Shipment to the account specified by the Sender.
