How do you earn points? It's a piece of cake!

You earn points for things you’re already doing—for every package you receive and send. Plus, we’ll reward you for a whole range of other activities.
  • The first step to getting started: download the app and fill out your profile. 
  • Field activity: every shipment, receipt, and return of a package counts. 
  • Speed: Did you pick up your package from a PPL Box or PPL Shop on the same day? You’ve earned extra points! 
  • Review: Rate the app or tell us how you liked our driver’s service, and the points are yours.  
  • Be a diligent reader: click on the marketing notifications to stay up to date on what’s new at PPL.

Complete challenges and earn extra points

Want to climb the ranks faster? Keep an eye out for special challenges in the app. These are time-limited missions that will give you a significant boost.

This allows you to complete regular challenges, such as:
  • Sending 2 packages to a PPL Box within a single month  
  • Receipt of 1 shipment over the long weekend 
  • Payment for at least one shipment via the mobile app

You can only use mojePPL app with an internet connection (wi-fi or mobile data).

When sending a parcel via the Parcel for You service, you can pay for the shipping directly in the app, using a credit card via the payment gateway. For the payment gateway, you can choose to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.  

If you have ordered a COD shipment, you can simply pay the COD in the app before the shipment is delivered.  

Shipments are always paired with your email address and therefore need to be verified. This will prevent unnecessary misunderstandings when communicating and delivering your parcels.  

 

Please check the operating system version on your device. You can only download the myPPL app if you have the following operating system versions:  

Android - operating system 8.0 Oreo and above 

iOS - iOS 15 operating system and above
