we would like to inform you that the fuel surcharge for September 2026 is 19.3%.
Changes in fuel prices make transport costs fluctuate, which is why a variable fuel surcharge has to be applied. Depending on the movement of fuel and alternative fuel prices, the surcharge may rise, fall or be withdrawn altogether in line with developments in the prices of motor fuels and alternative motor fuels.
The diesel price used to determine the level of the fuel surcharge is based on the fuel price including duty and taxes for the EA – 20 group of countries, published by the European Commission for Energy and Transport in the Oil Bulletin.
The electricity price used to determine the level of the fuel surcharge is based on the item Average electricity price (alternative motor fuel) published by the Český statistický úřad (Czech Statistical Office) here.
The percentage fuel surcharge is always calculated from the carriage price. The current level of the fuel surcharge is published on the PPL website in the last week of each month.
