Customers love them, the roads cheer them on and the traffic lights turn green by themselves.
Warehouse guardian
Shipments line themselves up for them. Chaos is not allowed in.
Delivery conductor
The shipment orchestra always plays on time under their baton. A maestro of logistics!
Shipment chief
Decides about parcels like a Wall Street CEO, only with better judgement.

Receiving 1 shipment during an extended weekend

Can I use the app offline?
You can only use the mojePPL app with an internet connection (wi-fi or mobile data).
How can I pay for shipment transport in the app?
When sending a shipment through the Parcel for You service, you can pay for the transport directly in the app, by card through the payment gateway. At the payment gateway you can choose to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.
If you have ordered a shipment with cash on delivery, you can simply pay the cash-on-delivery amount in the app before the shipment is delivered.
Why do I have to verify my e-mail?
Shipments are always paired with your e-mail address, which is why it needs to be verified. This prevents unnecessary misunderstandings when we contact you and deliver your shipments.
The app does not show up for download, what should I do?
Please check the operating system version on your device. The mojePPL app can only be downloaded if you have these operating system versions:
- Android: operating system 8.0 Oreo and above
- iOS: operating system iOS 15 and above
