CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C):

Section Prohibited substances (Article 4.1):
• Clarification of the definition of hemp products – more precise definition of
products containing substances from hemp, including an exemption for industrial
hemp meeting the legislative limits of THC.
• Restrictions on the transport of industrial hemp – in the case of international
transport, shipments containing industrial hemp and products made from it are
excluded from transport due to the limitations of the transport network.
PPL Services and Responsibilities section:
• Amendment to Article 6.9 (use of electronic devices during submission and
delivery) in connection with the introduction of the new additional IDcheck service.

CHANGES TO THE PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PP):

Additional Services section:
• IDcheck – introduction of the service of verifying the age of the recipient upon
delivery (18+), including the obligation to present an identity document, record
their data and limit the method of delivery (without the possibility of storing it at
pick-up points).
Fee for payment by business payment card:
• The updated fee is now 2.1% of the total value of cash on delivery.

CHANGES IN THE PRICE LIST:

New additional service – IDcheck:
• New price list for IDcheck.
Fee for payment by business payment card:
• Update of the fee amount to 2.1% of the total cash on delivery value.
