Experience gained during previous lockdowns tells us that we can expect an increase in interest in the services of all forwarding companies. We would like to assure you that the whole of our PPL forwarding network is fully operational and that we are doing our utmost to ensure that your parcels are delivered as expected and that the whole of the delivery process takes place without any hitches.
Pick-up points are still operating
Delivery of parcels to pick-up points, so-called Parcelshops, has not been suspended. We are continuously gathering up-to-date information about operation or closure of individual Parcelshops and updating this on our website.
The situation may however arise that a few dozen pick-up points are temporarily closed at this moment in time. If you order delivery of parcels directly to Parcelshops, we recommend that you check their current availability. If you do so, you can be more certain that the parcel will actually be delivered there for you.
If your parcel is already on its way to a Parcelshop and you discover that the pick-up point is closed, check the Shipment tracking section at ppl.cz to see whether the parcel has been handed over for forwarding by PPL. Then enter the new delivery address at pplbalik.cz (the PIN can be found in the e-mail).
Hygiene measures make sense. Let’s act considerately towards each other!
We kindly ask that you observe the hygiene measures which are currently in place. Please make sure that your nose is covered with a respirator or two surgical masks during contact with our drivers, that you maintain a safe distance and do not forget to disinfect your hands before any contact.
If you are expecting a parcel with payment on delivery, please where possible pay by card. If you are in quarantine, inform the driver in advance.
